What To Expect
We believe that visitors and newcomers enrich our worship and our community; you and your children are always welcome here.
What Should I Wear?
Quite frankly God is more interested on you being here than what you wear and so are we! So come as you are and be comfortable. On any given Sunday you will find people in everything from business casual to jeans and a t-shirt.
When Should I Arrive?
The service starts at 10:30 am. There will be people to greet you by a half hour before the service but most people show up about 10 or 15 minutes before we start.
How Long is the Service?
Our services usually run about an hour long and consist of prayers, readings of Scripture, hymns and songs to sing, a sermon, and Communion. The whole 10:30 am service is projected on a screen so you can’t get lost!
How about Kids in the Service?
Children and babies are welcome to stay with their parents through the service. On arrival, pick up activity packets for your children to work on during the service.
Who Can Take Communion?
In the Anglican Church any Baptized Christian from any denomination is welcome to take communion. If you are not Baptized or simply do not wish to receive communion but would like a blessing you can go up for communion and simply cross your arms across your chest and the priest will bless you (a short prayer asking for God’s blessing).
Should I Put Money in the Collection Plate?
As a visitor, you don't need to put money in the collection plate. You're our welcome guest.
